About the Role
As a Case Manager, you’ll be the bridge between legal teams and expert witnesses — managing timelines, nurturing relationships, and ensuring every case runs seamlessly from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone with a legal background who thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments and enjoys building meaningful professional relationships.
You’ll play a key role in delivering the quality, reliability, and service that define ExpertsDirect.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the main point of contact between lawyers and expert witnesses, ensuring smooth and timely communication.
- Manage case progress from start to finish, keeping all parties informed and deadlines on track.
- Build strong client relationships, delivering solutions with professionalism and efficiency.
- Work closely with the Research team to match clients with the most suitable experts.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure reports meet the highest standards of accuracy and admissibility.
- Anticipate challenges before they arise and take swift, thoughtful action to keep cases on track—building client trust and confidence in our seamless process and exceptional service.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Legal Management, or a related field.
- Experience in a law firm or legal operations environment (lawyer or senior paralegal experience ideal).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to thrive in multicultural, and fast-moving environment serving international clients.
- Excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Resilience under pressure and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with standard business processes.
- A confident, professional communicator — comfortable engaging diverse professionals via phone and email.
