Our client used our pro-bono service to request an Oncologist to comment on the care provided to a plaintiff during late stage cancer while incarcerated. The expert was requested to provide an opinion on whether the medical care provided to the plaintiff was in line with peer professional practice.
We provided a specialist Oncologist with extensive experience in providing comprehensive cancer care for late stage cancer patients. The expert is also a Member of the Medical Oncology Group of Australia (MOGA) and a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians (FRACP).
