Our client requested a Wood Scientist to review samples of construction material to determine whether there were trace asbestos cement products in the wood.
We sourced an expert Wood Scientist with over 40 years of industry and research experience. The expert’s research interests include wood structures, wood particles and wood identification. The expert continues to conduct research in wood anatomy and quality, as well as the non-destructive evaluation of wood particles.
Due to a positive experience with the expert’s report, our client routinely engages this expert to determine hardwood and softwood particles in wood samples. Hardwood identification is one of the expert’s major research interests – the expert had previously presented for CSIRO on this topic.
